Victor has worked across a wide range of industries in the past including, Energy, Petrochemical and property development before co-founding Spatial Innovation, an innovative software company that delivers data analytics and mapping software. Among other things the team helps small business owners reach their sales and service delivery goals by focusing on their existing data to gain maximum market share.
He is also Co-Founder of Rusty’s Brewing Company an independent brewery in the Sandgate area and has served on the board of the Redcliffe Peninsula Chamber of Commerce for the last three years.
Victor is a passionate advocate for the small business community and understands the uniqueness of what drives and motivates owners to succeed. And is proud to take on the role of President of the Chamber.

Paula’s career path changed when the needs of her son required more attention than she was able to provide while working full time. So she started her own Virtual Assistant business to provide her with the flexibility she needed to support his needs. She now has a team of local employees providing reception and administration services to businesses all over Australia.
With a business degree, 30 years of administrative experience and a love of supporting people in their businesses, Paula knew that Virtual Assistance was the answer she needed to work with her lifestyle. She now offers the same flexibility for her team to work around their children.
Her clients began with other financial planners needing support in their practices, but they were not ready to put on staff to help them. Her business has now expanded to help other industries with their administration needs as well as coaching parents to grow and develop their business around the needs for their children. She has lived in the Moreton Bay region for 30 years and is passionate about supporting the local community
